Workouts/Schedule

Get in.  Get it done.  Get out!
45 minutes- Unless otherwise noted, workouts will last 45 minutes.
The workouts are simply too quick, effective & fun to dread or skip.

Rings-Suspension training has been very popular on both coasts for a few years.  We've brought it to the north shore in a group setting with some creative twists. Get in here and try it, then tell us how to describe it.

Boxing for Fitness-Yep, you'll punch/kick bags & striking mitts, jump rope, throw medicine balls,  do burpees/mountain climbers/pushups/pullups, and etc. until we say to stop.

Circuit Training-Dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, upper/lower body plyometric exercises, bodyweight exercises, barbell exercises (you get the idea)used in a continuous fashion.
